Like all the former stars whom TRP's Steve Ricard has been able to bring to the PAL and to TRP's other shows, Hall has participated in main events before mammoth crowds. Retail economists expect slow start to spring

A late Easter, lingering cold weather and rising gas prices are squeezing nonessential spending this spring, according to data being released Wednesday.
