Through his 22 years at the UW, Naguit has worked with six different head coaches, including the Dawgfather himself: Don James. Even amongst this heady company, the new guy ranks pretty high on his personal list.
“Sark (current head coach Steve Sarkisian) is probably one of the best coaches that I’ve worked for,” Naguit said. “He is by far the most personal kind of guy, which is what you want. You want communication with your coaches.”

He has also witnessed the rise of the Oregon program, which has gone from a “high-school stadium” to the gleaming palace that is Autzen Stadium, in no small part aided by the emergence of Nike.
For Naguit, his work is more than just a job — it is a family.
“I’m not married, and I can’t imagine having a kid,” he said. “So I basically consider these 105 guys my kids. These are my kids, you know — you take care of them and you watch them grow for four or five years.”
Just like any parent, Naguit misses his kids once they move on. Of course, another class of freshmen comes in to take their place, but he still loves when his older kids come home.Casual elegant as well as semi-formal daytime attire is calling for softer Leather handbags this spring such as a soft hobo bag.
“The coolest part of the job is when the kids graduate, and say they go to the NFL,” he said with a wistful smile. “They go play in the NFL for a few years, you don’t see them for a while, and when they do come back they actually knock on your door and look you up. That’s pretty cool.”
