Time for a third party to emerge

Imagine if when shopping for shoes there were just two choices, say sneakers and loafers. It is something the market place wouldn't tolerate. Someone would come along PDQ and offer a woman's pump, and maybe a work boot.Ed hardy clothing online store, whether you are looking for fashion items, then you come to the right place, we offer a variety of ed hardy clothing. Or perhaps a better example in this entertainment crazed society,D&G shoes women is a very comfortable shoes in the brands shoes series. say there were only say two major television channels, CBS and NBC, which with a couple of local channels, comprised one's viewing options. That vacuum too would (and over years it was) filled.

Yet incredibly in a society of some 300 million souls, there are only two major parties to choose from and currently they both seem co-opted by special interests. A combination of apathy by voters and obstacles placed by both parties has made it nary impossible for a third part to sprout. On the apathy part it doesn't make sense. After all haven't we become consumers of our government services?

For adults with school-age children we are certainly purveyors of public education yet every four years or so we get a new administration in Trenton telling us what our children should be taught.wholesale ed hardy clothing and wholesale urban wear apparel for all major brand names. They create cookie-cutter approaches that can't work given the diversity of New Jersey's communities. It's understandable then why people in NJ are so eager to hold onto their beloved home rule — at least there's an illusion of having some control over our communities.

To get back on message, given the amount of taxes the government takes from our incomes, we'd think people would be more interested in who gets to spend our hard-won wages. These comfortable coach shoes inject that same elegant style into your casual look. One source of apathy seems apparent: People don't believe that their vote can make much of a difference. Currently both parties don't represent the vast majority, the fat part of the bell curve that comprises, moderates independents and the undecided. The Republicans are co-opted by the far right; the Democrats are comprised a more splintered conglomeration of various left wing interests that loosely form its base.

For moderates, like the beleaguered middle class,Stylish and popular discount cheap christan audigier Accessories on sale here now. there's no true party to turn to. That and the fact that most people – with the exception of the most ideological – straddle across the left-right divide on least an issue or two. As moderates we are often left to hold our nose and vote for the one who at least seems in favor of some our interests and too often is the lesser of two evils. Pragmatic candidates — ones who we hope will vote in the best interests of society in general and not filtered through some dogmatic lens — are in exceedingly short supply. A third party might break the left-right logjam and allow government to move forward.
