An additional alternate logo will feature only the script "I" for Intimidators.

The new logo, which will be worn by the team on-field on special Dale Earnhardt-related occasions, is a red letter "I" intertwined with the famous depiction of Earnhardt with arms raised much like he did after he won a race. The logo was produced by Phire Branding Company, based out of Ann Arbor, Michigan. Phire Branding Company has received numerous awards for its work and has recently completed efforts on a new Dale Earnhardt NASCAR Hall of Fame logo and the new website for Dale Earnhardt Inc.
"We feel this is a great opportunity to partner with the Intimidators to showcase Dale's love for baseball, involvement with the minor league team in his hometown and continue to add to his legacy" said Jeff Steiner, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Dale Earnhardt Inc.
Merchandise which features the new logo is available now in the Souvenir Store at Fieldcrest Cannon Stadium.
