February-Fruit. Most of us need to shape up when it comes to fruits and vegetables. More than 90 percent of adults and children aren’t getting the recommended daily intake of fruits and vegetables. Challenge- Keep track of fruits and vegetables and eat 5 fruits or 5 vegetables or a combination of fruits and vegetables to equal 5 everyday of February.
March-Muscle. If you are not already weight lifting start in March. Flab is not in so turn that flab into definition and get ripped. Challenge- Lift weights 3 times a week.
